Registration Policy

Registration for POF 2026 is open to all persons interested in POF science and technology. All attendees including invited and regular contributions, oral or poster, need kindly to register for the conference and pay the registration fees. In order to have a paper included in the conference proceedings, authors must register before September 15. Each paper must have at least one associate full conference registration.

Regular registration includes access to all three days of the conference and exhibition, lunch, refreshments, social events and the conference dinner.

Student registration includes access to all three days of the conference and exhibition, lunch, refreshments and social events. Students are requested to show a current and valid student ID at the conference registration desk. 

The conference dinner can be booked separately for accompanying persons as well as for students.

Registration fees:

600€ : Regular early until July 31 August 15
700€ : Regular

300€ : Student early until July 31 August 15
350€ : Student

  90€ : Extra conference dinner

Registration by credit card only will be available here on the POF2026 conference web site starting end of June.
