Guidelines for Presentations 

There will only be one laptop computer connected to the large high-resolution LED display for the entire conference. This is to reduce the time spent on potential technical difficulties created by connecting numerous laptops to the display. Please help facilitate a smooth transition between speakers by following these guidelines: 

• Include and save all used fonts in the PPT presentation. Alternatively, bring a PDF of your presentation for backup.
• If you do not email your presentation, it is IMPORTANT to bring your presentation to the conference on a USB flash drive.
• Please give your USB to the tech personnel onsite in time, at very least at the beginning of the break before your session.
